1. The renter must inspect the vehicle together with a company representative before renting it, note any existing damage on the Damage Report Form provided, and return the vehicle in exactly the same condition.
2. The tenant/prospective tenant consents to the collection and use, with or without automated means, of personal data or sets of personal data, including the collection, recording, organization, structuring, storing, adapting, modifying, retrieving, or any other form of processing, in order to provide him/her with services and respond to his/her requests, to communicate with him/her regarding the services offered, to answer his/her questions, and to comply with and enforce applicable legal provisions.

9. The insurance included in the rent covers: civil liability for bodily injury and property damage to third parties.
10. In the event that the renter is involved in an accident or causes any damage to the vehicle through his own fault, even if unintentionally, and regardless of any insurance coverage, he must immediately notify the Traffic Police (tel. 100) and the lessor so that Accident Assistance can be dispatched, and upon return, must present the Traffic Accident Report issued by the Traffic Police and the Accident Assistance documents; otherwise the renter will be held liable and charged for the total damages and the number of days required to repair the vehicle, even if they had purchased any insurance package. In the event of the renter’s fault, the renter is charged 30% of the annual insurance premiums (minimum amount €100.00), plus €30 (administrative fees) plus VAT on the total amount.

16. 19. The tenant is responsible for paying local taxes and VAT on the rent.

The lessee may limit their liability for any damage to the leased vehicle to a minimum of €750.00 + VAT (depending on the vehicle category, with a maximum charge of the vehicle’s market value at the time of the accident plus VAT) provided they accept the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) clause in advance.
